1999 Ford Explorer anoying vibration

Hey can someone please answer a question I own a 1999 ford explorer 2 door sport 6 cylinder 4 liter over head throtle automatic transmission. it almost has 140000 miles on it. I few days ago i had my oil changed. ever scince there is an anoying vibration in my seat and the sterring wheel as i accelerat to 40 mph to about 50 mph. if i let off the gas and coast it goes away. and if i let my truck idol i feel it too but it doesnt vibrate in neutral im scared that something is gonna break. im gonna get rid of it soon and dont wanna put more money in it than i have to could someone please tell me whats wrong and give there best educated guess as to how much it would cost me to repair

Check the engine and tranny mount at the tailshaft, if it's broken, you will get symtoms like yours.
