Turbine speed sensor fault code,This vehicle does not use the sensor that goes on the end of the speedometer cable. It uses the VSS on the rear axle,as far as I can figure out so far. I replaced the sensor reset the code still get the same error code within 5 miles of driving. As far as all the maintenance books go, nothing on this truck matches the book.No speedometer cable,no sensor on the trans tail shaft.Only one I could find was on top of the rear axle housing,VSS which I replaced.I understand this is also for ABS.Is there some place else I should look? I am at a lose.

It is on the transmission. From under the right-hand side of the vehicle, disengage the wiring harness connector from the VSS. Loosen the VSS hold-down bolt, then pull the VSS out of the transmission housing. The sensor on the rear differential is the ABS sensor. Here is a picture of it.
