Nothing broken really on the outside. no cracks in the front left headlight. The bulb looks fine and still shines a little, but the problem is that I can't use my blinkers while my headlights are on. My radio shuts off when I go from park to drive and vise versa. My windshield wipers don't turn on unless the headlights are off.
Its like I can only use one thing at a time.
The front right headlight shines bright, but the other is very dim, but not broken.

any information would be great. Thank you.

Based on your description, I think you have a broken ground wire. If I had to guess, I would say it is a ground strap that is located near or around where you hit the deer. The dim light is the indicator. What is happening is when you turn too many things on, there isn't a good enough ground to run more than one thing. As a result, things turn on and off.

Check under the hood and from the neg on the battery to make sure there are no broken or disconnected grounds.

Let me know what you find.
