Mt ignition switch will not turn my vehicle off, it will start it but not turn it off. I recently replaced the Transmission Shift Cable and the Neutral Safety switch. What else could it be?

I would say either the ignition module itself is bad, that or the shifter on the column could also be bad and you would either need to have that realigned or possibly have to buy a new one. Neither of these are cheap, but with past experience its better to fix it correctly than just give it to a shop.

Thanks for that, I believe that it is the ignition module, because it has now gotten to where it won't start. I have accessory power when I turn the key on but no start. This happened just after I shut it off from driving it. I replaced plugs and wires and it runs good, just won't start.
