In my explorer I have a front dana 35 diff and a rear open 3.50 #45 diff. I was wondering if I need gaskets or do these have drain plugs? Thanks.

They need gaskets. THere is a fill plug that is used to fill it, but the gear lube should only be to the bottom of the fill hole. Thus, you can't drain any out.
