1997 Ford Explorer bumper alignment

my front bumper slightly droops down and needs to be realigned. How could i realign bumper at a low cost?

Check and make sure the bolts haven't come loose. Also, loosten the bolts and see if you can realign it yourself. Note: You don't need remove the bolts, just loosten them.
