1996 Ford Explorer possible lack of fuel pressure

son stalled car now it wont start. replaced fuel pump relay and fuel filter. checked for spark all good. checked for fuel at fuel pressure sensor, none .car has new battery
it cranks fine and every once in awhile it seems to want to start but then just cranks
