My radiator is losing coolant and I've noticed my heater control valve to be dripping. I'm running my heater and seem to have to re-fill my radiator with a couple quarts every 2-3 days. Is this my only problem? I replaced my thermostat and heater core last year. Heater control valve was replaced 2-3 years ago. Water seems to be recirculating otherwise. Will replacing the control valve solve this problem or might I have other issues?

Hi there,

Replace the faulty valve and then have a pressure test done to check for any other external coolant leaks.
