My radio will not work. I don't have a maintenance book. Everything on the dashboard is working but the radio. Can it be a fuse? If so, where do look?

Use a test light check fuses
if all OK
remove radio and unplug it
with key off you should have one wire with battery power
and when key on you should have two with battery power
if yes check radio for ground
if all OK radio need to be repaired and or replaced
