My explorer recently had new brake pads and rotors installed; and since then the left brakes engage too early when I reach a speed between 5mph to 8mph. Additionally, the vehicle tends to pull to the left while coming to a stop. We bled the brake fluid after ward and the problem still persists. What could I do to fix this problem?
