1992 Ford Explorer rear red lights won't go off in wet weat

Check the pigtails the bulbs are in that wont go out, dry them and put some white lithium, or dielectric grease in the sockets. and check for bare spots on the wiring, the water is conducting electricity where it shouldn't go!
