I can't find the pin hole under the ignition switch to stick a tool in to release the ignition switch. Where is it?

Dissconnect the neg cable on the battery, wait 2 mins, then remove air bag and steering wheel with shifter in park turn the key to run, then insert 1/8th inch bit into the release hole...
