My muffler broke into two pieces(tail pile) last weeking due to rusting. After calling around to make sure I could drive it for a couple of days until I got the repairs, I continue to drive it from time to time. Well today it started choking. I didn't think anything of it because I knew something might start happening. I took the truck back out and as the day went on it started to choke more and more. I was worried and started to checking the engine and noticed that it had no cooliant, so i put some in. Took it around the block to see if that was the problem and then it started to choke so bad that it wouldn't let me take it past 25 and then 15. Could this be just because the tail pile needs to be replaced or could I be looking at a much bigger issue at hand.
