Steeriing wheel shakes

I have a 2003 Expedition and just put 22'' Akuza wheels on. They were balanced and all but when i hit around 50mph my steering wheel shakes. Whats the problem?

With tire balance, the shake will go away at differen speeds, if going faster the truck still shakes, you have worn front end parts!
