ABS sensors.

How many ABS sensors are there, and where are they located in a 1998 5.4L 2 wheel drive Ford Expedition.

I have an issue with the ABS kicking in when I hit the breaks and make a sharp left turn. Otherwise everything works fine. I've already changed a sensor that sits on top of the differential but still have the same problem.

Your bet bet is too start with the codes to find out the source wheel that is the problem. I "think" the sensors are part of the wheel hub/bearings on those.

Oops! Your'e right Steve, the sensors do need to be monitored with a scanner when the problem happens.
