In June 2006 with 115K miles, the rear end almost sat on the back tires. I took the vehicle to a Ford Dealer who diagnosed and replaced the air ride compressor and relay. Now with 123K miles - I have the same problem again. I don't tow and that is not a lot of driving in 11 months (8K miles).I want to take it back to them and complain. Please advise.

Ask them why it is still sagging in the rear.Sounds like a small leak or maybe a level sensor? Might even need bags

The dealership is indicating it might be a solenoid problem.
