2001 Ford Expedition Internal Problem

My Expedition keeps blowing the 15amp fuse that controls the interior switches...such as interior lights, wipers, power windows, lighter...etc. So, I can use them, The radio and a/c & heater work fine.

What is the Problem??

You have to have a short. One of the most common things is a coin falling into the cigg lighter. Also, do you charge anything from the power ports? Finally, does it blow as soon as you put the new fuse in?
