2000 Ford Expedition Vibration at approx 70 mph and over

I had been experiencing virbrations at speeds of 35-37 and 62-70 mph. I had new shocks installed, tire rod ends, right front axle, idler arm, tires balanced and front end alignment; the drive shaft and u-joints have also been checked. I was informed that there is some virbration coming from the air conditioner, I can feel the onset of vibration when I turn the air conditioning on. However, I cannot believe that it is causing the increased vibration that is taking place at the higher speed. Please provide any suggestions you have. Thank you.

Where do you feel the vibration most, in the steering wheel or the seat?

I ask because if it is in the seat, the problem is usually in the rear and the opposite for the steering.

You have already checked most everything. Have the wheel bearings, motor mounts, differentials for bearing issues and once again, the u-joints? Also, check the drive shaft checked to make sure no weights have fallen off.
