2000 Ford Expedition V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My expedition heater is not working properly. It only blows cold air. What could possibly be the problem?

I need you to check something. With the engine warm, running, and the heater on high, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. Let me know what you find. If they are hot, the blend door is causing trouble.
