When I'm driving on the expressway and I reach 70mph my truck has a slight shake in the steeringwheel. I've had my tires spun balanced last week and there's no differance. I'm machanicly incline and check several things out. Shocks,tierod ends,universil joints,wheelbearings,brakes,etc. I think the only thing I havent checked was a front end allignment.
