Transmission problem
2000 Ford Expedition Two Wheel Drive Automatic 181000 miles
I had my transmission replaced with a refurbished one from jasper. My transmission went out again but I had a warranty from the jasper company so I had my vehicle towed to the transmission shop to be fixed. My vehicle sat there for 4 months because I had misplaced the paperwork. Eventually I found this waranty paperwork and brought it to this shop. Almost 3 weeks later, they called me on yesterday to tell me my truck was ready. I picked it up and everything seemed ok until a little later. Its like my truck is straining to go the speed limit then after straining a while at approx 25-30 mph it will get to normal. So my question to you is do I need to call them right back or is it possible that because my truck sat for 4 months that maybe it needs a tune up and oil change or some other car maintenance?
