How to lower spare tire?

Open the liftgate. Just above the rear bumper is the guide tube. It may have a plug covering it. Insert the straight end if the jack handle into the tube. Turn it counterclockwise to remove. Pushing it in, turn it until you feel resistance. Once you feel it, turn the handle counterclockwise until the tire is lowered. Reverse the order to replace. Check out the diagrams (Below).
