1999 Ford Expedition Front Left Tire Shimmy

I have a front left wheel shimmy --- its shaking at very low speeds, and if i'm creeping(5mph or less), i can feel the vehicle moving side to side. I know its coming from the front left.

When going highway speeds, it shakes VIOLENTLY --- i already put a new tire on the front, and test drove it, it still does it.

I just purchased new rotors and pads yesterday.

Could it be a warped rotor?

The vehicle doesn't shake more or less when braking --- it actually helps the problem since its reducing the speed.

Possible wheel bearing? I did notice my ABS light is on. I lifted the front of the vehicle and used my hands to try to move the tire vertically --- i got no play.

I also tried pushing in at 12 and 6 oclock to test for wheel bearing - i ddint' get anything; however, I did notice a little clicking/clanking sound yesterday. It was very slight. I had to have my music off and windows down to hear it.

Also, its getting worse as time goes on. I did notice that it shakes worse at highway speeds if i hit a bump.

Right now, I can barely go over 40mph without an extremely violent shake. Have to avoid the highways.
