1999 Ford Expedition

its egr low flow. this is caused by the egr pressure sensor 99 percent of the time. the part has been updated to plastic from aluminum which were corroding. replace this sensor and im sure your problem will go away. there are 2 rubber hoses from the exhasut that connect to it and i wire connector. very inexpensive repair, about 40-60 dollars. hope this helps
