Without turning on my windshield wipers they start to stutter up the window then take-off on high. Sometimes I can turn the wipers on and then back off and they will stop. Other times they do nothing when I turn them on and back off they just keep going.
I also burn out my left turn signalk bulb often. Any ideas where I can start my search to fix this or should I go to the manufacturer repair shop?
