Replacing intrument ligh bulb ?

1997 FORD ESCORT Hey,

First and foremost this site ROCKS! I have one simple question and that is how to open the instrument panel below the shifter, to replace a bulb. I have done it to my sisters car but hers seems a lot easier 2 years ago.

Here is a pic of what I am talking about.
