electrical fan censer unit

I have a 1993 ford tempo, and I can't find where the electrical fan censor unit is located.

under the dashboard on passenger side, it is housed along side of blower motor unit. I think it is 3 bolts to remove, gotta be small enough to get in there upside down- good luck
