i just got a hand-me down for a much needed vehicle. A 94 escort. My brother had it prior to me getting it, the seatbelt (automatic) was stuck foward and the motor or something wouldnt let it go back. So he took it upon himself to rip the cables out or something to manually push the seatbelt back so he wouldnt get pulled over. I dont think it will pass inspection now, because its not working. How can i fix this problem?
