Can you describe the noise? Does it change when turning? Also, have you checked to make sure nothing has come apart in the brake drum?

the noise sounds like a clunking/ knocking noise, it only can be heard when i press the brake pedal, even when i use the parking brake it still make the noise when slowing down, i have checked and everything is ok, it seems like the drum and shoes are not having the correct contact and I dont know why

Did you properly adjust the rear brakes? Are you sure the drums are not out of round? That is what it sounds like. They may need cut.

Let me know.

well it sounds like the noise is only coming from the drivers side rear tire area, when i changed the shoes the wheel cylinder piston did come out with the shoe and i had the brake system bled but im not sure if that damaged the cylinder, im fairly sure the brakes are adjusted properly

If it is a knocking sound (even with the park brake) I believe the drums are out of round. I would have them checked and cut if possible.

Let me know what you find. As far as the wheel cylender, if there are no leaks, it is fine.
