1999 Ford Escort Will'nt start at times

check for fuel pressure. There should be a valve on the fuel rail for the injectors, a rough check is to turn the switch to on then depress the valve with something appropriate not to damage it. see how forceful is the pressure if its low your pump is weak if its high then its probably your spark let us know.
