I have been having trouble with a rough idle at stops, but the car runs fine while driving. Recently the check engine light came on...it displayed code P1506, which I believe is an over speed fault. I replaced the idle speed air valve less than a year ago; I pulled the valve and checked it with a 9v battery. The motor worked and the plunger did open, but it does not work at all on the car?
