Some people tell me my battery or water pump may be frozen. When i noticed my coolant was frozen i tried to start it and it just barely made a sound. The headlights and blinkers worked so i kept trying to start it then all of a sudden the headlights and blinkers quit working. It started making a ticking sound under the hood i think coming from the fuse box. Any suggestions on whats happened?

You need to thaw the vehicle out and also inspect and test the battery.
