1997 Ford Escort rounded bolt

hello i tried to remove the lower suspension arm but the bolt furthest from the wheel was stuck tight and became rounded , any ideas how best to remove the bolt?

May have to get a torch on it and get it hot. Pound the next size smaller socket (impact) onto it, reheat and try it. May need to cut the bolt with the torch.
