Engine Mechanical problem

I have paid out alot to get this car fixed and i have had alot of garages look at it but they cant tell me why its cutting out and juddering. I have changed all the leads and plugs on it but it doeant seem to be that can you give me any ideas i am sick of people saying its the leads and plugs when it has had three new sets. Thank you do much.
