What i need to know is when the timeing belt broke did I end up smashing the valve on my little 1.9. As in other words is the ford 1.9l engine in my 1995 Escort lx a interferane or non interferance engine. I have JUst bought a new water pump and belt for her am i going to need to return the parts or can i just put her back together and it will be ok.
