1995 ford escort 1.9 engine shuts-off while sitting idle

my car is a 1995 ford escort 1.9 engine that I just had tuned up and it shuts off only when Im sitting Idle but I can drive it and it runs good. whats my problem the car has 105.000 miles

First thing I would check would be the Idle Air Control valve, it could be sticking.

where is my idle air control motor and or the Idle speed control motor located.
