the other day my wife started the car and the starter kept turning. i had to take the battery cables off because the starter keeps turning over even with key off. i started the car and unplugged the black small wire from starter to be able to get it home and when i turned off the car with the starter wire off i also noticed the cooling fan stays running key off as well concstantly it does not shut off. Also when this happened my fuel cutoff light came on and while i drove home it made the car run really rough like no power and i could barely get up to 55. any help with this would be greatly appreciated i have never seen this before. thank you for your time, brad custer.
