1994 Ford Escort radiator hose

Hi:

Drain the radiator, remove the hose clamps holding the hose to the radiator and on the other end, the water pump. Reverse the order to replace.

I know that much, but the alternator and the power steering pump are in the way, as well as the brackrt that holds those. i am trying to figure out what all I have to remove first.

You have two choices. You can remove the alt, PS, ... to make it a much easier job to access the rad bolts, hoses... If you are very patient, I've done it before without removing them. And yes, it is a pain but possible.

If you can upload a picture of your concerns, I will determine if it is necessary. Remember to disconnect the neg battery terminal before starting.
