Tires and Wheels problem
1994 Ford Escort Manual 94000 miles
I have a loud noise coming from my back right tire. I thought it was a bad tire, so I bought a new one, and it makes the same noise. When I am driving and turn the steering wheel to the right the noise stops. There is also a loud rattling noise coming from what sounds like the back dash. I dont know if this has anything to do with my problem I just thought I should throw that in there. The loud noise and rattling starts at about 30-35 and gets quieter around 60. Not silent but quieter. PLEASE help me. If you need to know anything further, please feel free to ask.
