1993 Ford Escort Heater and AC fan not blowing

Hello, I changed the Blower motor and it still does not blow any air with hear or A/C. What other possibilites are there?

Welcome to the forum, did you check for voltage at the blower motor connector, key on? Dark blue wire is voltage, use a testlite. On/off and different speeds are controlled on the ground circuit, dark blue wire with black tracer.
