My 91 escorts tranny seams to be slipping. when i take of it slips but once I get going it seams to do fine. If I put it in 1st and it locks in gear it pulls fine, but when I slow down and then take off again it slips. I changed to fluid and filter but did not seam to help. do I need to replace tranny or is there other things I can try.
