When the weather cools off, my speedometer goes
crazy and sounds like a coffee grinder with the gears
under the dash. Is there any way to lubricate the
speedometer in the dash? Thanks

Chances are the noise is comng from the cable. Remove it from the rear of the speedo and try spraying a penetrating oil like WD40 in to the cable.
