The car will not turnover (starter doesn't even click) when the car is in Park. Sometimes the engine will turnover when in Neutral, and sometimes not. Sometimes, when in Neutral, the starter will click and then nothing, sometimes it will not even do that, and about 1/3 of the time, it starts. Starter is less than a year old, the starter solenoid is brand new. I thought that maybe it was the neutral safety switch, but I don't even know where that is located. Please help.
