2010 Ford Escape start up noise

Have a start up noise that last for a few seconds (5-10)
sounds like combination of top and bottom. Have proper filter(ford) and oil (Mobil 1 5-20). Dealer says normal other mechanic says not Help

check with another dealer or
make an appointment drop the car off the night before and be there next morning to start the car up for them
should have no noise on start up
