2004 Ford Escape rattling noise

I have a 2004 ford escape v6 front wheel drive 86000 miles and out of the blue a month ago I get a rattle when i go over bumps...I went over a speed bump and i get a rattle both times the front and also when the rear tires go over the speed bump...anyone have an idea what might be??? (only rattles when going over any type of bump)
