engine over heating

Try changing the thermostat for a start. If it continues comeback.

Have a Ford E150 with 126,000 miles no problems until now Did a tune up a few days ago and now the engine over heated. Changed the Thermostat forund a leak, when removing the inside cowel water running out around the rear right cylinder head. Does not appear to be comming from the head just to many hoses to be able to find the leak. Any suggestions. It did throw a code P1299 and the engine injectors dropped out for colling the head. Is there a colling hose diagram out there I could find to trace the leak
