EVAP Emission control system vent circuit malfunction?

The pcm has determined that a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for the vent control in the evaporative emission control system.

What does this mean?
what do I need to do to fix?
Where on earth is it located?

I come up with P0446? try removing and reinstall the gas cap, or replacing it! If that fails here is the process to test the cicuit!

P0466 Purge Flow Sensor Circuit Performance Could be a leak in the canister or a wiring problem, Ford uses a smoke machine to test this system...about 100.00!

idiot zone and advance both came up with the same codes. The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for the vent control in the evaporative emission control.

Definition
EVAP purge/vent solenoid circuit condition
Explanation
The solenoids and system wiring are monitored for opens or shorts
Probable causes
1. Purge or vent solenoids defective
2. Check connector and wiring
3. Fuel saturated vapor canister
4. Failed EVAP vent solenoid

I'm gonna see if i get get a test light now be back shortly.
