How much money and time to replace the manifold gasket and spark plugs on a 1999 Ford E-150 Van?

you are looking for about 4.5 shop hr to replace the gasket
and another 1.6 hr to replace the plugs
at an about $75 an hr or so
plus parts is another 80 to $110
