I have put in a new fuel injector and tte van has started rattling what could be the cause and can I fix it?.

Not enough detail to be more specific, but a common problem on higher mileage engines is the lifters. If the sound is a "ticking", or a "clatter", that usually says lifters & one way to find out is to change to a heavier grade oil. I've put straight-weight SAE 50 in an older engine with collapsed lifters (more than once) & that usually makes the lifters "pump up" again. If the sound goes away with a thicker oil, it's lifters.
