HI'
my airbags went off some time ago, and I'm fine without them.
however my cruise control is not working-
I understand that the clock spring controls the airbags, horn, and cruise control.
can I short the two wires to the clock spring to make the cruise control work?

No you may not as this is used with the horn to shut off the cruise in the event of an accident. So that is not recommended and don't look like it would work either. Now first check fuse 6 make sure it is good as this sends power to the cruise unit. If this is good then we can run some tests to see if the clock spring is causing the cruise not to work or if it is something else. Now you will need a digital multi meter to do the tests. Get back to me and we will go from there.
